Girl from Rio Beauty – Luxury Wellness Exclusively for Women

By booking an appointment with Girl from Rio Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system.
A valid phone number and email address are required at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to accept or deny any appointment request based on availability or eligibility.

2. Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid through a package or online.
We do not accept insurance as a form of payment.
Payment methods accepted: cash, credit/debit card.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may result in the loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment price and may be refused future bookings.

4. Eligibility

Services are exclusively for women.
Clients must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
You must disclose any health conditions or allergies before treatment.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our services are non-medical and cosmetic in nature.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any health conditions.
Always consult with your physician if you are unsure whether a treatment is appropriate for you.

6. Products & Allergies

We use natural oils and active botanicals in our custom Girl from Rio blends.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any known allergies.
A full list of ingredients is available prior to your session and upon request.
Hypoallergenic and essential oil–free options are available.

7. Media Consent

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos or videos for marketing purposes.
Consent is optional and will be requested on the intake form.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for the following reasons:

Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior
Violation of the terms and policies above
Failure to disclose medical or allergy information
Poor hygiene or intoxication

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is confidential and will never be shared or sold. Data is collected only for the purpose of treatment records, safety, and contact.
